Refund Policy

We want you to love your BARE SKN products.

Unopened products

You may return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
