Shipping

We ship from Texas to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

United States: flat-rate shipping of $13 per order.

United Kingdom: flat-rate shipping of £18 per order. UK orders ship from our US warehouse and can take up to 1.5 weeks to arrive.

Warm weather

Our balm is made with natural tallow and may soften in transit during warm months. This does not affect its performance.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
